LN optical modulator

Our optical modulators composed of optical waveguides and signal electrodes are fabricated using advanced technologies of simulation, design and nanofabrication processes on the LiNbO3 wafer surfaces.We have been providing high-performance modulators with low optical loss, low driving voltage and broadband operation.

Optical waveguides of high-performance optical modulators such as 100Gbps, 400Gbps modulator, are realized with state-of-the-art design and unique nanofabrication technologies.
For designing of highly integrated optical waveguides of the modulators, precise simulation technique of lightwave-propagation is required.

RF design

RF design

High frequency electrodes optimized for next generation communication systems, such as ultra-high speed and multi-level modulation, are realized with unique design and unique know-hows of wafer process.
For designing integrated electrodes with complex structures of them, know-hows of simulation modeling based on rich experience are required.
